This is a remote position.
The Contract Recruiting Sourcing Specialist will provide overall support functions to the current recruiting team: candidate sourcing for active job requisitions for Serendipity Recruiting. The person most successful in this role has a proven base of sourcing and/or recruiting experience and an ability to communicate with a variety of people through multiple channels. To be successful in this role, you must enjoy people, be consistent and discliplined with your time management and of course, have a sales hustle mentality!
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in Sourcing/Recruiting, required (phone screening, interview scheduling, etc.)
•2+ years of experience in an Administrative or HR setting
• Must have some familiarity or experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with candidates, team members and management
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making
• Must be a self-starter and able to take directions and work independently with initiative
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn other applications and programs as needed
• Maximizing time efficiently
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Analytical/problem-solving skills
This role has an expected ramp-up period of 30-60 days and is 100% commission. There is a tiered commission structure for those who are serious about the recruiting industry and would like to develop into an independent recruiting partner with our company.
This is a fully remote role with the ability to work anywhere where you have access to the internet, communication devices (laptop, tablet, phone). CONSISTENCY and WORK DISCIPLINE are key to individual and team success.
