The Position

2025 Summer Intern - Strategic Customer Support

Department Summary

The Strategic Customer Support team creates an elevated experience for Roche’s top customers through an integrated Supply Chain partnership program co-created to provide tailored solutions which impact the overall supply chain value stream.     

This internship position is located in Indianapolis, on-site 

The Opportunity

• Provide process improvement support from order through invoicing 

• Develop 3 - 5 year customer partnership roadmaps

• Work on cross functional teams focused on strategic customer supply chain projects

• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies which create value added solutions 

Program Highlights

• Intensive 12-weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.

• Program start dates are in May/June (Summer)

• A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship. 

• Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.

• Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.

Who You Are (Required) 

Required Education

You meet one of the following criteria:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student).

• Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program).

Required Majors: Supply Chain or Business 

Required Skills: 

• GPA 3.0 or higher.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

• Experience with analytical tools such as Smartsheets/Google Sheets/Excel 

• Be able to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• Complements our culture and the standards that guide our daily behavior & decisions: Integrity, Courage, and Passion.

• Reporting (Tableau, web-based applications)  (preferred but not required to have)

• Previous work experience (preferred but not required to have)

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. 

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of  Indiana is $20-$28 hour.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
