Referral Staffing Solutions is partnering with a top-tier manufacturing client to find a dedicated Inline Tech. Compensation and Schedule:

• Compensation:$22.07 per hour
• Work Hours:Monday to Friday, 10 pm - 6 am
• Employment Type:Direct Hire

What You'll Be Doing:
As an Inline Tech, you’ll be the go-to for keeping production lines running efficiently. Each day will bring new challenges, from maintaining and adjusting machinery to mixing paint and ensuring top-notch product quality. You’ll also learn to operate advanced equipment like Marca, Met-L-Tec, and Singulus lines. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Perform daily checks to ensure equipment runs within standard levels.
• Mix and apply paint to meet precise formulas.
• Adjust machinery, monitor electronic control systems (including robots), and document processes.
• Track paint usage and production output while minimizing scrap.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with Quality personnel to analyze and resolve quality concerns.
• Rebuild equipment components and perform regular maintenance.

Is This You?

• Basic Excel skills and the ability to perform simple math.
• Comfortable reading instructions and precision measuring devices.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can work without constant supervision.
• Familiar with electronic control systems, including robots.

Working Conditions:

• Factory environment—expect noise, fumes, and hot, dusty, and oily exposure.
• Frequent standing, walking, and reaching; occasional bending and squatting.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at waist level and push/pull up to 30 pounds.
