Responsibilities

Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Utilize a needs-based approach to help customers understand their insurance options
Develop new leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to recommend relevant products and services

Requirements

Passion for marketing products and services that cater to customer needs
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on active listening
Customer-oriented with an ability to connect with people
Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
Valid Personal Lines License (required)
