Role Overview: As an Account Associate - Insurance Agent Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our agency and the satisfaction of our customers. You'll help grow our business by building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted liaison between customer needs and various agency departments. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of our clients by providing them with relevant products and services to enhance their security and well-being.

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and sales-oriented individual to join our team and make a positive difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts, keeping information up to date in the system.
Assist clients with policy changes, inquiries, and concerns.
Process insurance claims and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Prior experience in the insurance industry or a related field is a plus.
Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (required).
