Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
Assist clients with policy updates, inquiries, and personalized recommendations.
Process insurance claims efficiently and provide timely updates to clients.
Collaborate with underwriters to ensure prompt policy issuance and seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Prior experience in insurance or a related field is a plus.
Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses. (Training and guidance provided.)

This is a remote position.
This role is with an independent contractor agent, not directly with a larger parent company. Employees in this position must successfully complete licensing requirements and training programs.

Salary: $ 55,000.00 70,000.00 Per Year
