What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Account Solutions Representative, your goal is to help customers stay on the path to financial stability. Your responsibilities include:
Providing solutions to assist customers in bringing their accounts current and avoiding repossession.
Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and respectful manner.
Maintaining accurate account information and updating customer records.
Leveraging negotiation and problem-solving skills to create realistic payment solutions.
Supporting additional customer service requests as needed.
Work Schedule
5-week virtual training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST), starting on March 10, 2025.
Flexible scheduling options available: Work a combination of weekdays and weekends, with varying shift times based on availability.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Must-have:
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
High-speed internet connection (minimum 15mbps download speed).
Nice to have:
Previous customer service or collections experience in a call center.
Background in finance or automotive industries.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
