We’re looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant – Shipping & E-Commerce Support to join our team and help us keep the magic popping behind the scenes!
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our shipping and e-commerce operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing online orders efficiently.
- Coordinating shipping schedules and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Assisting with inventory tracking and organization.
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Communicating with customers and vendors as needed to resolve inquiries.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, email platforms).
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
