What's Your Day Like?

A typical day involves setting up and operating Wire EDM machines to craft high-quality components.
Regular work on leading technologies like Mitsubishi and Fanuc EDM equipment.
Engagement in continuous improvement, identifying and rectifying process inefficiencies.
Interaction with experts to enhance machine utilization and ensure zero defect production.

Your Pathway to Success:

At least 5 years of experience with EDM control systems.
Vocational training or apprenticeship is a plus; at a minimum, a High School Diploma is expected.
Familiar with 4 Axis programs, and experienced with Mitsubishi EDM machines.

Key Accomplishments:

Achieving zero rework due to operator errors.
100% efficiency in estimated versus actual runtime performances.
Participation in strategic planning for lights-out operations and process improvements.

Do you possess exceptional GD&T, CNC programming, and troubleshooting skills? You could be the expert we need!

Physical Requirements & Expectations:

Ability to stand or sit for long periods while utilizing fine motor skills for equipment operation.
Capacity to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs comfortably.
