Job Description - Oversee daily operations of the surgery center. - Manage the Business Office Manager, OR Charge Nurse, and Director of Nursing. - Recruit physicians to meet staffing needs and support up to 400+ cases annually. - Foster relationships with physicians and hospital partners. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the center's services. - Monitor revenue cycle operations, focusing on communication and team collaboration.
