Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Model Development
Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable Anaplan models.
Re-architect existing sales models to improve performance, usability, and maintainability.
Translate complex business problems into intuitive, multi-dimensional models supporting sales forecasting, quota planning, territory management, and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering
Collaborate with sales leadership and business stakeholders to capture requirements and align solutions with business goals.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
Data Integration & System Connectivity
Design and manage robust integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, SQL DM, CRM).
Utilize tools such as Anaplan Connect, APIs, and ETL technologies to ensure seamless data flow and integrity.
Testing, Deployment & Optimization
Develop and execute test plans, lead UAT, and manage deployments.
Continuously monitor and optimize models for performance and functionality.
Incorporate platform updates and automation opportunities.
Enablement & Governance
Provide training, support, and mentorship to end-users and junior developers.
Promote best practices and governance standards as part of the Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE).
Maintain comprehensive documentation to support adoption and sustainability.
Project Leadership
Manage large-scale Anaplan projects across Agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations.
Certifications: Anaplan Certified Model Builder (required); Solution Architect (preferred).
Advanced skills in Anaplan modeling, including lists, modules, dashboards, and actions.
Strong understanding of planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
Experience with data integration tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and expert-level SQL.
Familiarity with Agile development and Azure DevOps (ADO).
