Job Summary:

Our client is local to Madison, WI and is a full-service architecture and design firm that specializes in the design of civic, corporate, government, PK-12, higher education, science and technology, sports and recreation, and healthcare projects throughout the nation. Architectural Project Manager Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited School or Equivalent.
* 10+ Years of Experience Post Graduation.
* Expertise working with hospitals, clinics, laboratory, and science and technology project types preferred.
* Demonstrates judgment and decision-making to connect with organizational goals and priorities.
* Skills in communicating with client leadership regarding project objectives.
* Experience using Revit in all phases of design and documentation a plus.

Architectural Project Manager Responsibilities:

* Provide overall technical, design, and management leadership of project teams.
* Plan, execute, and monitor the progress of project teams.
* Accountability for the overall success of projects.
* Plan and manage project budgets and schedules.
* Manage teams of architects and external consultants.
* Negotiate and manage consultant and owner contracts.
