Job Opening: Assistant Gym Manager and Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness Location: Hobe Sound, FL Type: Part-Time (10 hours/week in Assistant Manager role and 20 hours/week or less in Personal Trainer role) Lead with Purpose. Build authentic relationships with members and staff
Lead a high-performing team with empathy and energy
Drive membership growth through service—not sales pressure
Keep the gym clean, safe, and welcoming
Lead safe and effective workouts for training clients
Conduct Fitness Consultations and build Personal Training program
Plan events and programs that bring the community together
Manage budgets and operations with excellence
Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example
