Hoosier Mama Pie Company in Evanston is looking for a talented, reliable assistant pastry chef to join our team. Two years previous kitchen experience is required. Should be ceative and genuinely enjoy working with food. Must be reliable with a good grasp of basic baking techniques and food service sanitation.
