Hearth Denver is a wholesale and retail bakery dedicated to providing the Denver metro area with the highest quality French breakfast pastries and sourdough bread available. Our commitment to excellence extends to our ingredients, which we source regionally whenever possible, allowing us to support local farmers and change our products seasonally.

Position: Pastry Chef

Overview:

We are seeking individuals who are reliable, efficient, and precise to join our team. As a Pastry Chef at Hearth, you will oversee every step of the croissant process, ensuring that each product is crafted with expertise, from the initial mix, through lamination, shaping, and as well as production of fillings and components when needed.

Requirements:

• Professional pastry chefs with 2+ years of experience will be given priority consideration.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the pastry/bakery field is required.
• Enthusiastic applicants with a strong desire to learn and grow will be fully considered.
• This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Strive for excellence in producing top-quality products on a daily basis.
• Exhibit a genuine interest in expanding your pastry skill set and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and test new and innovative products.
