Job Title: Associate Attorney

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Practice Area: Employment Law - Plaintiff Side 

Work Model: Onsite

Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000/year

Job Description: We are a fast-growing employment law firm in Beverly Hills, looking for a motivated and ambitious Employment Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience, competitive compensation, and growth opportunities in a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Case Preparation – Analyze employment disputes, develop case strategies, and organize case files.
• Negotiate & Settle – Handle claims involving discrimination, wage disputes, workplace harassment, and wrongful termination.
• Represent Clients in Mediation – Advocate for clients and facilitate effective dispute resolutions.
• Draft & Review Legal Documents – Prepare demand letters, settlement agreements, and other case-related documents.
• Legal Research & Compliance – Use LexisNexis and Westlaw to build strong legal arguments and keep clients informed about federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manage Cases Efficiently – Utilize MyCase or similar legal software to keep files organized.

Qualifications:

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar Admission: Licensed to practice law in California. This is required.
• Strong Legal Research & Writing Skills – Ability to analyze legal issues and draft persuasive arguments.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Comfortable working with clients, attorneys, and opposing counsel.
• Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to Learn & Grow – A self-starter who is ready to develop their litigation skills and gain hands-on experience.
