Auto Ranch Group is EXPANDING! We are looking for an “A” or “B” level Automotive Technician to join our team. This is not your everyday job opening or career path! SIGN & STAY BONUSES & PROFIT SHARING AVAILABLE — paid out over the 1st year of employment as additional $$ per pay period. Are you currently at a franchise dealership and tired of the red tape? Certifications REQUIRED (any of the following):

ASE 1–8

Any Manufacturer Certifications (certificates required for bonus) Our service department is investing heavily in resources to support both reconditioning and retail service, with a steady stream of customer work. Highly skilled in their craft, producing premium-quality work with minimal guidance. Pay is matched to top-level performance. B Tech – A motivated technician requiring little supervision, highly focused on practicing and growing their craft to become a respected automotive professional. This is a fast-paced role requiring productivity at 120% efficiency. Some of your duties will include:

• Performing vehicle repair and maintenance tasks efficiently
• Completing inspections accurately
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Being a team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to mentor lower-level techs
