What You Will Do:

This role is responsible for working with the Brand Mancom to develop and implement the business strategy and budget alignment to achieve financial and business objectives. This role has a direct report (Mgr) to help support the day-to-say responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, tracking actuals, the development and implementation of annual business plan, budget/trend and three-year plan, overseeing the completion of trends, budgets and forecasts. This is an individual contributor role within the brand unit who is responsible for collaborating with Division HQ, Share Services and Commercial pillars.  This role reports into the Finance Division SVP.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Partner with SkinBetter Science Mancom and Aesthetics Lead on developing and implementing Business Strategy and delivering on Financial Targets
• Conduct financial analysis at the highest level to interpret trends, variances from budgets, variances from standards.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of annual business plan/ budget/ trend and three-year Plan.
• Provide advice and counsel to Division consistent with established financial policy.
• Oversee the timely and accurate completion of all budgets, trends and forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to corporate financial and accounting policies. 
• Guarantee accurate presentation of financial results.
• Provide transparency and reporting for promotional discounts and working collaboratively with commercial/sales/GM to deliver sales and discount objectives.
• Perform those administrative activities necessary for the effective management of the department, including the selection and development of employees, performance management, pay administration, etc.
• Work closely with the Global SkinBetter Science Controller on intergroup related activities
• Complete ad hoc analysis as needed for senior management

Skills 

• Expertise in full P&L management with 10+ years in finance or accounting required
• Effective as a self-starter; willing to work outside the confines of defined job responsibilities to make greater impact
• Must have expert-level experience with Excel & Financial systems
• Must be a proactive team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven work environment 
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; business acumen; oral and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to influence senior management decisions, leading to measurable positive impact on key business metrics

Salary Range: 153k- 213k + bonus
