Are you passionate about coffee and connecting with people? At Minuti Coffee, located in the heart of College Station, TX, we’re all about creating a warm and inviting space for our community. If you’re ready to bring your energy, enthusiasm, and love for great coffee to the table, we’d love to have you on our team!
Pay starts at $8/hour plus credit card and cash tips. Once training is completed, pay will increase based on performance!
As a Barista or Cashier, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting delicious coffee beverages and ensuring every cup meets our high standards.
- Greeting customers with a smile and taking orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handling cash and card transactions at the register.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to create a welcoming environment.
- Assisting with restocking supplies and supporting your teammates as needed.
No prior experience? No problem! We’re excited to train individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. Here’s what we value:
