Your Qualifications:

• 🎓 Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• 💡 BCBA Certification : Must be current and active.
• 🌟 Experience in ABA therapy, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
• 📊 Analytical Skills : Ability to use data to drive decisions and adjust interventions effectively.
• 💬 Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills : Able to lead, train, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Your Responsibilities as a BCBA:

As a BCBA at Camen, you’ll play a vital role in the lives of your clients by developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and collaborating with families and staff. Here’s what you’ll do:

• 🧠 Conduct Functional Assessments : Identify behavioral challenges and analyze data to design effective intervention plans.
• 📝 Develop & Implement Behavior Plans : Create individualized behavior intervention plans to help clients achieve their goals.
• ⚖️ Behavior Management: Utilize ABA principles to manage behaviors effectively, creating a supportive and nurturing environment.
• 📊 Monitor & Adjust Plans : Track client progress and adjust treatments based on ongoing data analysis.
• 📋 Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and interventions
• 🤝 Collaborate with Families & Staff : Provide training and support to families and caregivers to ensure consistent behavior management.
• 📚 Stay Current : Keep up with the latest best practices in behavior analysis and contribute to the ongoing development of the team.
