Executive Assistant:
As the Executive Assistant, main duties will include assisting the CEO and the executive team of the company with requested tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an executive assistant, be proactive, extremely organized and able to meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives or senior-level managers. (manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, prepare agendas, arrange travel and accommodations, and handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive)
Communication and Correspondence: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, draft responses, and handle inquiries or requests.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by the executive.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff members, clients, vendors, and partners.
Provide support, and facilitate effective communication between the executive and others.
Qualifications:
● 5+ years as Executive Assistant/ office administrator● Bachelor's degree is highly desired● Experienced in semiconductor/electrical engineering preferred● Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Korean● Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and implement multiple and shifting tasks.● Strong digital literacy in MS Office 365
● Reliable and Professional● Knowledge of office management procedures● Attention to detail and strong problem solving, organizational and planning skills● Self-directed and takes initiative
