Job Overview Inspire Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Bookkeeper - Construction Projects to assist with financial tracking and reporting for individual projects. This contract-based, remote position is perfect for someone looking for flexible hours and project-based work. You'll be responsible for organizing, preparing, and maintaining clear records of income and expenses per construction project-helping us stay financially informed as we grow.

Visit us at Key Responsibilities - Track and prepare detailed income and expense statements per project.
- Organize receipts, invoices, and financial documentation in a clear, auditable format.
- Monitor job costing to ensure expenses align with project budgets.
- Collaborate with internal team members to gather and verify financial data.
- Maintain consistent and organized digital records for all project-related finances.
- Provide basic reporting on project profitability and cost status.
Qualifications - 1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience (construction industry a plus).
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Self-starter with good communication skills.
