Business Central Support Consultant

Location: Remote

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Central Support Consultant with a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Business Central support, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution. This role involves addressing technical and functional issues while understanding key business processes such as sales, purchasing, assembly orders, and purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert support for Business Central, resolving technical and functional issues promptly.
* Manage and prioritize ticketing queues, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and resolution.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and optimize workflows for sales, purchasing, assembly orders, and purchase orders.
* Assist end users with system navigation and process understanding.
* Leverage experience with rental processes (a plus) to enhance Business Central functionalities.

Qualifications:

* 4-5+ years of Business Central Support experience.
* Proven expertise in troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
* Strong understanding of sales, purchasing, assembly orders, and purchase orders within Business Central.
* End user experience and familiarity with the rental industry are advantageous.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
