We’re a media company that helps families transform ordinary local trips into enchanting discoveries.

We’re looking for a full-time detail-oriented Canva Virtual Assistant who can help us expand our site.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work on a site about what you love most—travel and vacations!

Your goal is to add and enhance images using our existing Canva templates. This role involves integrating images into provided templates, ensuring high quality and brand consistency, and occasionally adding maps of attractions. It doesn't require high-level graphic design skills.

This is an entry-level position with room for growth. We'll give you a clear path to ascending to higher levels of responsibility and pay.

For this, we need someone who is truly detail-oriented, has experience in Canva, and is a self-motivated independent thinker.

The new hire will receive complete paid training on all our processes. After the new hire is familiar with the processes, we expect him/her to work with minimal oversight and speak up if he/she has ideas for improving workflow.

We don't want a wallflower, and we want someone who will be an active part of the team.

Requirements:

* You are incredibly detail-oriented
* You are flexible and adaptable
* You enjoy challenging work
* You are an independent thinker with the ability to express your thoughts
* You have experience in Canva (editing templates like adding images, updating text, and enhancing images)
* You have a portfolio
* You have a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps speed)
* You have a working webcam and microphone
* You have excellent English skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
* You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who consistently delivers high-quality outputs on time.
* You are dependable and able to work 40 hours a week
* You are looking for a long-term position

Not required but highly desirable:

* You have experience in Photoshop

Benefits:

* Competitive rates: Pay is $2.50 per hour. Pay is in USD.
* The 13th-month bonus is already included in the pay. So you get it quick and don't have to wait until the end of the year
* After a successful 90-day review, you have the opportunity to earn a 10% monthly bonus on top of your base pay for exceeding performance targets.
* Paid holidays: December 24, 25, 31, and January 1
* In addition to the 4 paid leaves during the holidays, you will get 3 paid leave days after 4 months, with more days added as years of service increase.
* Consistent workload every day: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour workday from Monday to Friday. Work hours are flexible within the range of 6 AM to 11:59 PM Philippine time.
