Inland Waters LLC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
CCTV Truck Operator - PACP with a valid CDL license for their CIPP pipelining, infrastructure inspection, and rehabilitation project operations. Inland Waters is based in
Johnston, RI , but projects are located across New England and throughout New York State. Field staff gets the exciting opportunity to travel, with all expenses paid.
We are currently offering a
limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license , and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
The starting pay is $30.00-$35.00 depending on experience. All work on Government projects will be compensated at an adjusted prevailing hourly wage. Why You’ll Love Working For Us: - Competitive salary

What You’ll Do: - Operate remote cameras to videotape inside sewer lines for inspections
- Repair various sewer lines using a specific product and process
- Service, adjust, and perform minor repairs to the camera, equipment, and attachments
- Learn and follow Insituform's products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and use of equipment
- Effectively work with supervisors, clients, peers, and subordinates
- Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
What We Need From You: - Must possess a Class A or B CDL or have 2+ years of Video/TV truck experience
- 2+ years experience in trenchless installation, including tap cutting preferred
- NASSCO PACP and MACP certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
- Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered or electric tools
- Comfortable entering manholes and working in confined spaces
- Ability to travel as needed, potentially out of state
