**Job Summary:**
As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and residents, responsible for providing information, assistance, and personalized service to enhance their stay. You will handle guest/resident's requests, facilitate reservations, and offer guidance on tours, dining, and activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests/residents upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly welcome.
- Respond promptly to guests'/residents inquiries and requests, ensuring satisfaction and a high standard of service.
- Provide information on daily events, directions, and other points of interest.
- Coordinate special requests and personalize guest experiences whenever possible with the activities team (e.g., celebrations, surprises).
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of census, daily events, tours and calls.
- Assist with package/mail handling and transportation arrangements as needed.
- Handle resident's complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and area.
- Stay informed of local events and happenings to provide residents with current information.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity.
- Knowledge of the local area, restaurants, attractions, and transportation options.
