At Ridgeline Concrete, we deliver top-quality concrete flatwork and stamped finishes for residential and commercial projects throughout the Bernville area. What You'll Do as a Concrete Finisher:

• Pour, level, and finish concrete for flatwork and decorative stamped concrete projects.
• Set forms and assist with layout to ensure proper dimensions and elevations.
• Use finishing tools—including trowels, screeds, and floats—to achieve the desired texture and smoothness.
• Collaborate with crew members to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive job site.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and uphold company policies at each job site.
• Travel to job sites within a two-hour radius of Bernville.
• Work full-time, averaging around 50-plus hours per week.

Our Ideal Concrete Finisher:

• Experienced: 2+ years of concrete finishing experience is required. Familiarity with proper placing and finishing techniques and the ability to read construction drawings or site plans are also preferred.
• Detail-oriented: Takes pride in quality craftsmanship and pays close attention to accuracy, finish, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Values-driven: Demonstrates integrity, humility, professionalism, and a strong work ethic—core values we live by daily.
• Team-minded: Works well with others, communicates clearly, and shows respect on every job site.
• Active: Able to lift up to 100 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for long periods in all types of weather.
• Must have work boots or shoes without aggressive tread suitable for finishing concrete.

• $24–30/hour, depending on experience
