Our team is professional, agile, and committed to making a difference.  We’re seeking a Contract Attorney with proven experience in humanitarian immigration cases to join our team on a flexible, remote basis. This is a required qualification, not a preference — applicants must be familiar with humanitarian case types and processes. Responsibilities: Position Overview The Contract Attorney will provide essential legal services on a project basis. Responsibilities will include: • Draft detailed and strategic attorney cover letters for client submissions • Review U Visa, T Visa, VAWA, and Asylum application packets for legal and procedural accuracy • Conducting targeted legal research on case-specific and procedural questions. The work will be collaborative, but the contractor will operate independently with flexibility over scheduling. Compensation Rate : $70.00 per hour. Qualifications: • Licensed attorney in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction). • At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience handling U Visa, T Visa, VAWA, and Asylum cases. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. • Professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team. • Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical legal practice.
