Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Contracts Analyst to work for a large medical device company local to Irvine, CA. This role will be a 12 month contract. This role has the potential for extensions or becoming full-time. This person will be working on 12-15 contracts at a time ranging from a pricing letter or product agreement to RFI/RFP work. A third of the work is more complicated and the rest of the work is more moderate contracts. In this position you will have a lead to help assist on complex negotiations and contracts, but the analyst will be responsible for getting their contracts redlined and delivered to client. In this role you will be responsible for managing your own workload, documentation, and communication with all parties.
