Overview:The primary role of the Coveside Market evening team lead will be to take responsibility for the market between the hours of 2:30-8:00. Acting as the manager on duty, the evening team lead will ensure all operations proceed as normal during these hours. Ensuring all standards are met, and closing procedures are performed thoroughly, and correctly. It will be expected to be skillful in all the roles of a barista.
