Description We are looking for a dedicated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a non-profit organization on a contract basis in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to members by handling inquiries, offering guidance, and ensuring accurate data entry. This is a great opportunity to bring your call center expertise to a mission-driven team. Responsibilities: - Respond to inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing member inquiries effectively. - Accurately document call details and update relevant information in the system. - Provide clear explanations of policies and procedures to members, ensuring they understand next steps. - Offer guidance on best practices and assist members with necessary documentation. - Utilize SharePoint, member databases, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage and organize information. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail during all interactions. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. - Uphold confidentiality and adhere to organizational guidelines. - Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the department's goals. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or corporate customer service environment. - Proficiency in using SharePoint, web-based databases, and Microsoft Office applications. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathy. - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. - All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment screening as necessary. - Demonstrated reliability and a detail-oriented demeanor. - Familiarity with union contracts is a plus.
