We’re looking for a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be a key player in supporting our customer interactions, assisting with outreach efforts, and helping to deliver excellent service during events and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers and event attendees
Answer questions and share information about our organization, events, and campaigns
Support the coordination of event logistics including materials and supplies
Help with setup, on-site support, and cleanup of events and outreach activities
Assist team members in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences
Track customer engagement and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable engaging with the public
Highly organized with good attention to detail
Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
High school diploma or equivalent required
