As we grow, we're hiring a Customer Service Representative (Outreach & Engagement) to serve as a passionate advocate and public-facing ambassador for causes that matter.
As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll play a key role in public outreach and donor engagement by representing nonprofits at live events and community activations . You’ll share powerful campaign messages, build connections with supporters, and help strengthen the impact of mission-aligned initiatives.
Represent nonprofit and advocacy organizations at live outreach events
Deliver clear, empathetic messaging about meaningful causes
Engage with community members and build long-term supporter relationships
Collaborate with outreach teams to expand campaign visibility and impact
Serve as a genuine, professional advocate for social change

Qualifications:
