As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll serve as the first point of contact for community members, donors, and supporters at live events and outreach campaigns. Your role is key to increasing awareness, building lasting relationships, and advancing the causes that matter most.
Engage directly with community members, supporters, and donors at live outreach events
Communicate campaign messages on behalf of nonprofits and advocacy clients with empathy and enthusiasm
