As we continue to grow, we’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to help bring meaningful messages directly to the public.
In this entry-level, public-facing role, you’ll represent nonprofit campaigns at community events, engage with the public, and help raise awareness and support for important causes. You’ll be the human connection between mission-driven organizations and the communities they aim to inspire.
Represent nonprofits, advocacy groups, and social campaigns at live events
Deliver empathetic, purpose-driven messaging that resonates with the public
Build positive relationships with supporters, donors, and community members
Collaborate with outreach teams to maximize visibility and campaign reach
Serve as a genuine, professional ambassador for social causes
Provide real-time feedback from community interactions to improve outreach strategy
We're seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference and eager to grow their communication skills.
Ideal candidates will have:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for social impact, nonprofit work, or advocacy
A friendly, team-focused attitude
A willingness to learn in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
No previous experience required — we provide comprehensive paid training
