In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and processing data to ensure accurate and efficient operations within our organization. You will be responsible for inputting a large volume of information into our database systems with a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities

Input data accurately into our internal databases.
Verify and check data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
Maintain and update existing data records as necessary.
Assist in the generation of data reports and spreadsheets.
Conduct regular audits of data to ensure its integrity.
Respond to data-related inquiries and requests from team members.

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy; minimum of 45 words per minute.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
