This role is perfect for someone who excels at working with large amounts of information and is passionate about maintaining accuracy while performing administrative tasks that are critical to an organization's success. Key Responsibilities: + Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in organizational systems or software platforms. + Quality Control: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues. + Records Management: Organize and maintain files, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies. + Reporting: Generate and format reports using entered data to assist in organizational decision-making. + Administrative Support: Provide clerical assistance to departments, including filing, scanning, and other general office tasks. + Confidentiality: Handle sensitive data with discretion in compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
