*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support our team by managing the input and accuracy of data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Accurately input, update, and maintain various types of data into databases and systems.
- Verify and rectify entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular audits of entered data to identify any inconsistencies or errors.
- Review data for discrepancies and resolve any data integrity issues.
- Work closely with team members to improve data quality processes and standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of personal and proprietary data.
- Generate and manage reports as requested by management or other departments.
- Provide administrative support to the team, as necessary.
*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
