Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be working with a variety of technologies such as Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Computer Hardware. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for desktop computers and software, ensuring all systems are functioning properly - Manage and resolve issues related to Android Development, utilizing your skills and expertise in this area - Maintain and troubleshoot network systems, with a focus on Cisco Technologies - Provide support for Citrix Technologies, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any issues as they arise - Handle hardware issues, utilizing your knowledge of Computer Hardware and Dell Technologies - Manage user accounts and access using Active Directory - Provide support for Apple Devices, ensuring they are set up correctly and resolving any technical issues - Implement and manage Backup Technologies to ensure data is protected and can be recovered if needed - Ensure systems are properly configured and managed, utilizing Configuration Management skills Requirements - Proficiency in Android Development is necessary for this role. - Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is required. - Experience with Citrix Technologies is essential. - Competency in Computer Hardware is expected. - Knowledge of Dell Technologies is a prerequisite. - Mastery of Active Directory is vital. - Ability to handle Apple Devices is a must. - Expertise in Backup Technologies is crucial. - Demonstrated skills in Configuration Management are needed.
