Job Description

Digital Specialist Location Reno, NV (East Reno area) : Position Purpose: Under the general direction of the department leader, the Digital Specialist is responsible for maintaining all aspects of Renown's web presence and supporting all digital marketing and web initiatives. This position will need to have a broad range of understanding and the expertise required for modern digital marketing including but not limited to: digital project management, large website management, web analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content strategy, website design, front-end web development in a CMS and strong interpersonal communication. Nature and Scope:

Working in a task management system to complete a high volume of website change requests on public and internal websites

Developing and managing mobile-friendly website content, information architecture, and layout, while keeping information accurate, usable, accessible, timely and relevant

Working with marketing and service lines to promote services and program launches in coordination with marketing communication strategies and tactics

Navigate the completion of projects by working with multiple stakeholders to receive the required approvals

Implementing and coordinating a range of supportive digital tactics and online marketing

Analyzing and reporting on marketing data using Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel and other tools

Acting as a project manager to scope, plan and implement multi-month projects. This may involve the management of deliverables dependent upon leaders, resources and peers.

Managing multiple creative and technical support agencies and vendors in the development, execution and maintenance of digital marketing programs. Ensuring that programs are compliant with Renown policies and procedures.

Must have ability to problem solve independently and present solutions to issues that arise quickly

Self-driven to seek out and report on emerging technologies that will enhance the capability and effectiveness of Renown's digital marketing efforts.

Background in online marketing with an understanding of campaign performance tracking, email best practices, and data driven marketing tactics

Experience with end-to-end management of content management systems, especially WordPress and SharePoint

Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, documentation and verbal communications skills

Ability to develop and manage project budgets and produce analytical reports

Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information and act with diplomacy and discretion

Ability to provide superior service to internal clients and management, as well as numerous external vendor relationships

Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, UX, communications, information systems, design or related experience in project management, web content or information architecture. Experience in a similar role may be substituted for degree. Experience: Minimum five years' experience in website management with marketing focus. License(s): None. Certification(s): Must have or be able to attain within 6 months of hire: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certifications Computer / Typing: Proficient with web publishing via a CMS and experience with HTML and CSS Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific duties, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Location: Renown Health · 100757 Web and Emerging Media Schedule: Full Time - Eligible for Benefits, Day, 8AM-5PM
