What you’ll do
Day-to-day you’ll have ownership of:

Leadership, Management, and Accountability
•    Be a part of our leadership team offering your unique strategic perspective
•    Manage our current strategy and develop as we evolve. 
•    Create and manage our marketing budget annually and keep up throughout the year
•    Support one direct report and outsourced vendors

Marketing Strategy & Execution
•    This is a hands-on role with support for the more general and specialty marketing needs
•    Research and implement new tools and AI offerings to create efficiencies and cost effectiveness 
•    You will do it all in marketing along with outside help as needed. You will manage, support and/or create our: branding, digital, SEO, blogs, surveys, case studies, social, videos, PR, website updates and maintenance, assist sales with documents and proposals, design, work with tools, etc. 

 

Sales Strategy & Execution
•    Utilize HubSpot CRM to maintain, track and analyze data
•    Create strategic targets, metrics, goals, and budgets, and dig deep into the data to develop a formula to continue to propel us forward

• Experience:
  • Managerial-level experience in B2B marketing 
  • Ability to think and act at a strategic level in tandem with handling hands-on, tactical work
  • Able to manage our marketing department autonomously

• Software Skills: Microsoft Office and CRM experience required, HubSpot is a plus
• Leadership: Exemplifies integrity, compassion, inclusion, and drive for excellence

Location: Remote within the CST/EST time zone- sorry West Coast- it’s us, not you. Occasional travel to Bethlehem, PA for in-person meetings or elsewhere to attend events, etc. on a rare occasion. 

 

Hours: The role is 25-30 hrs./wk. Our hours are 8:30 am-5:00pm EST M-F, and your schedule will be flexible within this time frame, however, you must be able to attend meetings and respond to requests during these hours

 

Salary Range: $55-$70/hour
