EDUCATION ADMINISTRATOR

The Education Administrator will perform clerical and administrative duties for the Division while interacting with fellow candidates and managing the day-to-day operations of the ongoing fellowship program.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• To manage the activities and day-to-day operations of a complex educational program, which may include clerkship, medical student, resident and/or fellowship programs.

• To manage the entire scope of the selection process, including developing and proposing selection criteria, prescreening, etc.

• To ensure compliance with all national and university-related accreditation requirements for the program.

• To oversee the maintenance of academic files for students, residents and/or fellows, including rotations, evaluations, curriculum and other critical documentation.

Salary Range : $45,395 - $73,770

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• And three (3) years of related experience required.

• Work experience may only substitute for education requirement if experience is related to the design, delivery and evaluation of resident, medical student, fellowship or clerkship educational program
