We’re looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Manager to own our lifecycle marketing strategy, drive retention, and deliver the right messages at the right moments across the customer journey. What You’ll Do:
✅ Own and execute the email marketing strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns ✅ Build, test, and deploy email and journey flows in Braze, using dynamic personalization and behavioral triggers ✅ Segment users based on DNA traits, biometrics, subscription tiers, and activity to deliver hyper-targeted content ✅ Continuously A/B test subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to maximize open, click, and conversion rates ✅ Collaborate with product, data, design, and growth teams to align messaging with the user journey and brand goals ✅ Monitor performance metrics, deliverability, and reputation while ensuring CAN-SPAM compliance ✅ Support high-impact launches, special campaigns, and seasonal programs—including GLP-1 education and product features
Must-Have Qualifications:
✔️3+ years of email marketing experience, ideally with a DTC or tech-forward wellness brand ✔️Expert-level Braze user, fluent in:
Canvas journeys and multichannel campaigns
Dynamic personalization using Liquid
In-app messages, push notifications, and webhooks
Real-time segmentation and behavioral triggers
✔️ Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices ✔️ Familiarity with tools like Litmus or Email on Acid ✔️ Skilled in analyzing campaign data and turning insights into action ✔️ Excellent attention to detail with ability to juggle multiple campaigns
✔️ Experience partnering with design and content teams to develop on-brand, engaging emails
Nice-to-Haves:
✨ Experience in health tech, wellness, or wearable technology ✨ Knowledge of DNA/biometric personalization strategies ✨ Background in SMS/push notification marketing ✨ Understanding of HIPAA or health compliance frameworks
