Job Description:

We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Entry Level Events Assistant within our dynamic events team. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to embark on a career in event management and are looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced events industry. The Entry Level Events Assistant will play a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to social celebrations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure seamless event execution.
• Help maintain event budgets and track expenses accurately.
• Prepare and organize event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and promotional items.
• Set up event spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Assist with on-site event coordination and support during events.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage event logistics.
• Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination processes is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
