We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing traditional marketing strategies, planning and promoting events, and supporting brand-building activities. Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Support the planning and implementation of on-site and in-person marketing campaigns that promote client brands and missions.
• Event Marketing Support: Assist in organizing and managing promotional events, activations, and community outreach programs to raise brand awareness.
• Brand Strategy Assistance: Help develop marketing strategies aligned with client goals, target audiences, and messaging.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets to refine campaigns and strategies.
• Client Interaction: Maintain communication with clients and help manage relationships to meet and exceed marketing objectives.
• Campaign Tracking: Monitor campaign progress, collect feedback, and provide reports to optimize future marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required! We welcome motivated, entry-level candidates; sales, customer service, or event management experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Creative, organized, and eager to learn, with a positive, proactive attitude toward new challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
