Job Description
:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish
Help manage event logistics, including booking venues, arranging transportation, and coordinating vendors
Support event setup and breakdown
Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
Prepare and manage event documentation, including contracts and invoices
Ensure events run smoothly by addressing any issues that arise on-site
Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback collection
Skills & Qualifications
:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a passion for event planning and coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in event planning or related field is a plus
