Job Description
:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of various events, working closely with senior event planners and clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of each event.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, venue arrangements, and vendor management
Help manage event budgets and ensure expenses stay within financial parameters
Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all event details are confirmed
Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all materials and equipment are prepared
Maintain event timelines and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
Provide on-site support during events, assisting with guest management, coordination, and problem-solving
Create and organize event materials, such as invitations, programs, and presentations
Perform other event-related tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications
:
Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
High school diploma required; additional
