The Administrator is accountable for management of the clinical practice and patient/resident care delivery on a 24-hour basis, including fiscal and other resources; the development of personnel; compliance with regulatory and professional standards, strategic planning; continuous quality improvement/quality assurance; policies and procedures; and the fostering of interdisciplinary collaborative relationship within the facility and the institution as a whole. Reports to the Vice President of Nursing/CNE or her/his designee.
Valid Illinois Nursing Home Administrator Licenses required.
2 years experience in Long-term care management
BLS certified through AHA required.

Director positions range between $90,000-110,000 annual salary. All wages are determined by experience and skills; wage information will be discussed further upon interview selection.
