What You'll Do:
Partner with the Finance Director and key stakeholders to manage financial reporting, planning, and analysis activities.
Provide financial insights and reports to the Finance Director as needed.
Oversee the monthly closing process, ensuring it is completed accurately and on time.
Handle treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, invoicing, collections, and vendor payables for the business unit.
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance with budgets and forecasts.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and documents for both internal and external audiences.
Manage the accounting processes for the business unit, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
Coordinate audits and collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve any inquiries.
Ensure all financial reports are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Proactively analyze financial trends and variances, offering insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Develop and maintain financial projections, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business goals.
Lead improvements in financial processes, policies, and systems.
Manage inter-company reconciliation and ensure tax filings comply with regulations.
Support the Corporate Finance team and assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Advanced degree or CPA preferred).
At least 5 years of accounting/finance experience, including 2 years in a management role; international experience is a plus.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards, including IFRS.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
Fluency in a foreign language (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Italian, Hebrew, or Arabic) is a plus.
Ability to travel domestically occasionally.
