Responsibilities:
• Participate in a comprehensive on-the-job training program designed to help you study and master essential skills and knowledge required for the role, ensuring you are well-prepared to contribute effectively to the team
• Shadow experienced team members during client meetings to gain insights into professional interactions, assist in the planning of innovative design concepts, and contribute to impactful presentations that address client needs and objectives
• Conduct thorough analyses of client financials to identify their unique needs and assess their risk tolerance, enabling you to provide tailored insights that align with their financial goals and aspirations
• Review a variety of options available to clients, researching and evaluating potential solutions to ensure that you are well-informed about the best choices to recommend
• Formulate and present recommendations on specific areas or services that align with client requirements, demonstrating your ability to understand and address their individual circumstances and preferences
• Actively engage in the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at expanding our client base, contributing your ideas and insights to support the growth and success of the organization
